Concept Tuitions is a home tuition for Classes 1 to 10 (CBSE and State Board). This page explains what information this website collects, why, and what we do with it. If you have any question, write to us at www.concepttuitions@gmail.com.

1. What we collect

• Enquiry form: parent's name, phone number, child's class and board, subjects needed, and any message you type.
• Parent account: parent's name, mobile number, student's name, class and board, an optional email address, and a password (stored only in scrambled, one-way form; we cannot read it).
• Sign in with Google: if you choose it, Google tells us your name and email address. We do not receive your Google password.
• Technical data: a login cookie so the site remembers that you are signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

2. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a demo class.
• To create and manage your parent account, and to show fees for your child's class.
• To send you a password-reset link by email or WhatsApp when you ask for one.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Sign in with Google

When you use "Continue with Google", we receive only your name and email address and use them only to find or create your parent account and to sign you in. We do not read your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data. Our use of information received from Google follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

4. Who can see your information

• The teacher and site administrator, who need it to run the tuition.
• Our service providers, only as needed to run the website: the company that hosts the server (Amazon Web Services), and Google if you use Google sign-in. Some page styles and icons load from a public content network (jsDelivr), which can see your device's address when a page loads.
• Anyone else only if the law requires it.

5. Children's information

Details about students are given to us by their parents. We do not collect information directly from children, and the website is meant to be used by parents.

6. How long we keep it and how it is protected

We keep enquiries and accounts for as long as they are needed for the tuition. Passwords are stored in scrambled form, the site is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection, and access to the admin area is limited to the teacher. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to close your account, at any time by writing to www.concepttuitions@gmail.com. You can also stop using Google sign-in and use your mobile number and password instead.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
